Full Cash Purchase
After you checkout, we will generate the special warranty deed and email you a signed, notarized, e-recorded copy by email within one week. If the full payment is not made online, you'll receive the information needed to complete a wire transfer for the remaining funds, must be made within 5 business days, as well as a disclosure statement for you to sign. Once all funds are received, we will email you a signed, notarized, e-recorded deed within two weeks.
Terms Purchase
I will contact you directly and help set up your monthly payments. You are free to use the property in accordance with the contract. Once all payments have been made, we will send you recorded special warranty deed within 30 days.
