I recently purchased two 5 acre parcels in Park County to fulfill a dream of mine to complete a shooting range and land to retire on. After contacting Rural Land Properties and speaking with Matt, he offered a discounted price for both parcels and promptly provided maps, legal descriptions of the land, proof of ownership, and basic instructions on the next steps to the process of purchasing the land.
Matt alleviated my concerns about land when it came to radon in the area and personally contacted the county to confirm that there were no inherent problems with the parcels, the water accessible to it, etc.
After completing all of the paperwork together with a notary, Matt went above and beyond for me as the customer by personally delivering the paperwork to the county instead of sending it via mail. This would expedite the process of transfer which was quite a powerful point of customer service.
When the county botched the paperwork that had been processed for filing, Matt personally responded back to the county to solve the issue in person. As a note, each one of these trips is 200 miles round trip, totaling in 400 miles traveled and about 4 hours of driving at minimum. That isn't including the filing process. Matt not only sacrificed to make the transfer easier on me the customer, but also completed these tasks without complaint and kept me informed via phone calls, texts, and emails throughout the process.
